  • Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Business registration documents
  • Feasibility study or business plan
  • Proof of land ownership or lease agreement
  • Two recent passport photographs

For Coconut Farmers Cooperatives & Organizations (CFCO)

  • Completed loan application form
  • Certificate of Registration (Cooperative Affairs)
  • List of active members (min. 20)
  • Constitution/by-laws of the cooperative
  • Minutes of last general meeting
  • Bank account details
  • Two recent passport photographs of chairperson
